The App is available through website, mobile applications and associated services.

The App provides artificial intelligence-based tools for:

• Recipe generation
• Ingredient detection through images
• Culinary suggestions
• Basic organization of gastronomic preferences
• Premium or personalized features

The service may evolve, be modified, suspended or have features removed at any time.

Creating an account, as well as using the App, implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the service.

To access certain features it may be necessary to create an account.

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
• Not share their account with third parties
• Notify unauthorized access

The user will be responsible for all activity performed from their account.

The user agrees to use the App lawfully and in good faith.

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Perform reverse engineering
• Saturate or attack the infrastructure
• Upload illicit content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to extract data massively

The App uses generative AI models.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• Results may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Recipes do not substitute medical, nutritional or professional advice
• Nutritional, health or culinary accuracy is not guaranteed
• Allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions must be verified
• Generated content may be similar to that generated for other users

All elements of the App, including software, design, trademarks, texts, interfaces and content, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

Unless expressly authorized:

• Copying, distributing or exploiting the service is not permitted
• No transfer of rights over the App is granted
• The user only has a limited license for personal and non-exclusive use

Regarding content entered by the user:

• The user retains ownership of their content
• The user grants a limited license necessary to technically operate the service

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Absence of errors
• Universal compatibility
• Permanent continuity of the service

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents or external causes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The service is provided 'as is'
• We do not guarantee specific results
• We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of generated content
• We do not assume responsibility for decisions made based on recipes or AI results

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental damages or loss of profit
• We will not be liable for data loss resulting from external failures
• We will not be liable for third-party provider interruptions
• Total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by law

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

We may suspend or cancel accounts when:

• There is a breach of these terms
• Abusive or fraudulent use is detected
• There are security risks
• It is necessary for legal or regulatory reasons

When the service is used via App Store or Google Play:

• The user also accepts the applicable conditions of Apple and Google
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the service or its content
• Usage licenses are limited to authorized devices in accordance with each platform's policies

The processing of personal data is regulated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continuing to use the service after publication of changes will imply acceptance thereof.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
